Research Analysts Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides its services to the Purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") subject to the following conditions. By placing an order with us through this website (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) by fax, post, email or telephone you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms relate to the sale and purchase of our products that are sold and delivered by, but not limited to, email, hardcopy, diskette/CD ROM copy and fax. If you visit or order at www.researchanalysts.co.uk, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. The Company reserves the right from time to time to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. The Terms and Conditions applying to each transaction with the Company are those which are available at the time that you placed your order and it is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

Electronic Communications
When you visit www.researchanalysts.co.uk or send e-mails to the Company, you are communicating electronically and you are consenting to receive communications from the Company electronically. If the Company communicates with you by e-mail, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that the company provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Copyright
The content of the Site, and all publications is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. All content included in any report or document the Company publishes, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its associates and protected by international copyright laws. You may not re-use and/or extract part of the content of any report purchased by you without the Company's express consent in writing.

License Restrictions
Single-user license reports purchased by you are for your use and your information only. Only reports purchased by you under a multi-user license allow you to share the report with others or store it for others to reference. This agreement includes sharing electronically via your corporate intranet or the making of physical copies for your company library. Excluded from this agreement is sharing any part of this publication with, or transmitting via any means to, anybody outside of your company.

Contract
Once you place an order for a report listed on the Company's Site, payment for that report becomes due and owing immediately. Notwithstanding the fact that the report will not be dispatched until monies are received in full, you are liable to pay to the Company all monies outstanding on the order. Once the Company receives your order the Company will process the payment and arrange the shipping. We regret that it is not possible for an order to be cancelled once it is submitted. The Company will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under contract with you where such delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond its reasonable control.

Pricing
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP). Unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing, the price of the report shall be the price published on www.researchanalysts.co.uk on the date of your order. All prices are expressed exclusive of any VAT or other taxes payable unless otherwise stated.

Payment
You can pay using Visa or Mastercard. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order, You will be charged for items when you place your order, unless otherwise agreed. All credit/debit card orders will be charged in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept orders over the telephone, subject to our approval. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items. Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment is taken at the point of despatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.

Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item we will notify you as soon as possible.

Acceptance
There will no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we receive a confirmed credit card authorisation. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.

Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the email address specified by you on the completed order form.

Delivery Time
When you place an order with the Company, the Company endeavours to deliver the report in PDF format as soon as possible; usually within 24 hours.

Orders/Returns Policy
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds because the value of our product is inherent in the information. Once the information has been purchased, we are not able to refund for any reason. For this reason, we suggest that you carefully review the introduction and table of contents of the study before making any purchases.  If you have a specific question regarding expected content you may contact us to ask questions before purchasing.

Applicable Law
By ordering from the Company you agree to these Terms and Conditions which are subject to the law of England and Wales. Any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Company is also subject to the law of England and Wales. If any of these terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
