What is the quickest way to order your reports?

Faxing through your order is the quickest way to ensure swift access to our research content. Alternatively, you can send an email to sales@researchanalysts.co.uk and we will contact you with details on how to complete your purchase as soon as we can.

How long will it take to receive the report?

If you order by fax, email or telephone, the research report will be made available to you on the same day although please allow one full working day.

Can you tell me a little more about ordering by fax?

Just download, print and complete the fax-back order form and we will process your order as soon as possible. If you are based in the UK, please send your fax to 01234 881079. If you are based outside the UK, you will need to dial +44 1234 881079. Alternatively, you can scan your completed fax-back order form and send it to us as an email attachment to sales@researchanalysts.co.uk

Why do you need to know my company's VAT number?

To enable us to process your order, without you or your organization incurring additional tax liability, we need to know your VAT (BTW / MOMS / MWST / IVA / FPA) number if you are ordering within the EU. Your accounts department will be able to tell you what this number is.

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

How much will be debited from my credit card?

Your credit or debit card will be debited by the list price (prices as they appear on our website plus VAT).

How secure are my credit / debit card details?

As a fraud prevention measure, the UK card industry has issued a new standard for processing card payment. This is called PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). One aspect of this is that as a company or merchant who takes payment by card, it is no longer acceptable to record details anywhere, either on computer systems or on paper files. That means once we have successfully processed your order, we shall immediately cut out and shred your credit / debit card details.

What will Research Analysts do with my personal contact data?

Research Analysts comply with both EU and US data regulatory acts governing the storage and usage of data.

How can I get a better feel for the report before I order?

I have ordered a report from Research Analysts. How and when will I receive it?

When we have successfully processed your credit or debit card details, we will immediately email your report as a PDF version along with a receipt indicating payment in full.

I have bought your research report; can I give a copy to my work colleagues?

It entirely depends on what version of the report you purchased. We sell two versions: single-user and multi-user. Only reports bought under the cost-effective multi-user license allow you to legally share the report with others or store it for others to reference. This agreement includes sharing electronically via your corporate intranet or the making of physical copies for your company library. Excluded from this agreement is sharing any part of this publication with, or transmitting via any means to, anybody outside your company or organisation.

Note: if you plan to share your copy with others, you will be legally compliant by purchasing our multi-user license.
